Confirmed Service Customer

I am a returning customer and had a little bit of a concern. My advisor wasn’t there but an angel named Lauren came to my rescue. It was at the end of a long day and she was patient and wonderful. She notified her boss, Dan the Man as I would like to call him, and he fixed the issue and sent me home safely. He has handled a concern I had years ago. You never forget the face of a hero. I was not assigned an advisor that day. I usually. Get Greg or Tony. But Kevan eagerly came up to me in the service line and checked me in. These people all seem so happy to help. Which is great when you are having car trouble. It’s the worst.
