A Note to Our Customers regarding Service Procedures
Customers are encouraged to make a service appointment for repairs and/or maintenance for their vehicles. We always try to leave space available for emergency repairs, or for customers that could not make an appointment. It is also important to understand that the appointment time selected for your visit is reserved time for our Service Consultants to discuss your vehicle history and needs with you, and not the actual time that we will begin working on your Chevrolet. There are many factors that determine how fast a vehicle can be repaired, and therefore an actual start time cannot be guaranteed.
Also, our hours of operation listed on this website are the hours that our Service Drive is open to the public. Our service drive and customer waiting area hours are Monday thru Friday 6AM to 7P. Our technicians, however, start their day at 8:00am, and end it at 5:00pm.

Effective March 2nd, 2015, Davis Chevrolet in Houston no longer accepts CHECKS as payment for service repairs or purchases. Payment must be made in Cash, Credit or Debit Cards ONLY
