This was my first oil change after purchasing my vehicle. Anthony was very personable and answered my questions clearly. It’s very important that I can TRUST what I’m being told is accurate and best for the car and my wallet.

When I arrived, I learned the team was in an early morning meeting. There was a nice gentleman that provided this information and also provided great conversation that prevented my checking time regarding the meeting's end. The service technician who assisted me was very courteous and made me aware of a savings on future oil-changes. The waiting area was comfortable and offered coffee and snacks (which I did not need since I brought my coffee) but was a great service to other customers. I did wish that the television screen allowed for regular station viewing rather than info on the functioning of various vehicles; but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Brought my car in for for specific reason and the rhis dealer ship takes it apon themselves check an air conditioner which I didn't bring the vexhile in for that. Kept my my car for almost 2 weeks. When they brought my car out after asking for an hour while other people are receiving there vechile before me. They way this dealership has no care doe there customers property. My car was filthy the passenger seat which I asked ro be fixed when I brought it in and wasn't done, the service tech never put the seat back together there wee nails on my seat there is black finger prints inside my door also there shoes in my driver seat which now my carpet is black and I had a white floor cover sheets not thats gone. My trailer cover looks like somebody was chipping paint off. So I had to spend money to get this vechile washed and clean have them fix the seat. And still had to pay $200 for what??? I wouldn't recommend this dealership to no one at all period!!!!

The service guy designated to help me was unprofessional. He did not communicate through out the 3 days my van was at the shop. Did not make sure I was okay with no vehicle for 3 days. And did not seem to care. He also never updated me on the progress of the vehicle. It surely will be my last time at this dealership for service

I know I can call her, make an appointment, and count on her to take care of everything from there in a pleasant and professional manner. Lauren is excellent and deserves special recognition.

I had a not so pleasant experience while staying in Houston overnight. My passenger side window was busted out of my new 2025 Silverado 2500. Upon discovering it, I called my nearest dealership, Davis Chevrolet, and asked if they could get the glass in and replaced the same day. I work directly with Dan and Neal who went above and beyond to find the necessary glass and get me in within an hour of my initial phone call. Within a few hours, the window was replaced and we were back on our way home. This incident would have sat us back an entire day of travel, but thanks to their professionalism and willingness to expedite the process, we were able to travel back as planned. Both Neal and Dan should be recognized for their professionalism and customer service, both of which exceeded my expectations. I can see why Davis Chevrolet has such great reviews, and will continue to do, so if they continue this kind of service. Thank you Dan and Neal!

Excellent experience! Courteous, understanding of my problems, and worked with me to satisfy my needs for my car and payment.

All the folks I had contact with were fine people. My issue is with the dealers policies and advertising scenarios. If you publish a price on your website then that's considered advertising. I set up my deal with the salesman on the phone. I was told the dealer ad-ons had already been put on the truck and could not removed. The advertised price made no mention of ad-ons. That was the first hurdle. After the standard "Have to talk to the sales manager" answer I was told that the ad-ons would be removed. I asked for an invoice to see the quote. When I saw the invoice it included Brake-Plus for 100 dollars. I called the salesman and told him the deal was off if Brake-Plus was not removed. Again the famous "Have to talk to the sales manager" delay. The Brake-Plus was removed. My problem with all this is the advertised price did not mention dealer ad-ons. Then I payed cash for the truck as to avoid the finance office, which is always a nightmare. To my surprise that went well..no funny stuff. The truck did have two large scratches on the roof but the salesman provided a voucher for buffing or repaint. There was no one on site that could address the scratches on Saturday. Final note..the price should be the price that is advertised..No hidden charges. Peace Gregory Lucas

Everything was great until it was time to pick up my vehicle. The Service Technician; Julio Teran was rude and very unempithetic. When he call me at4:00 to notify me that vehicle was ready to pick up, I advice him that it take at least an hour and a half to get there. After sitting in traffic I called back and I adviced the Service Department to notified him of my late arrival. I stated that I will arrive at around 6:00pm. When I arrived in the service department at 5:58pm Julio stated that needed to come back tomorrow to pick up my vehicle because my truck was looked up in the parts department and they gone for the day. I advised of my current situation and I was attending a funeral the next day and because he notified and stated that my vehicle was ready; I gave my wife the okay to proceed out of town without me because I was enroute to pick up vehicle. I stated that I need my vehicle so I can make it to the funeral in the morning. Julio rudely stated that i should i should have arived at 5:30 and whoever i spoke to on the phone should not have told me that it would be fine to pick up my truck at 6:00pm. I then told if I had known if it would be this big of a problem I would have rode with my wife because I smoke and I didn't want to take the Loaner car out town. I then spoke with Loan car agent and she assured me that everything would be fine. Julio went to the back then brought car out and he parked my vehicle and parked it on the other side of the parking lot. While I was inspecting the loaner car with lady from the loan car department he handed me my keys. After I finished the inspection, I began looking for truck, because Julio never told me where he parked vehicle. My friend who rode with said that they believed that he parked across from the Parts department and that's where I found my vehicle. He is very unprofessional and unempithetic. The lady from the loaner car department witnessed the entire event. To say that I couldn't get vehicle and needed to return the next day; I was in my vehicle and on my way by 6:15pm. I think he was ready to leave at 6:00pm and and he had know consideration for me as a customer and he willing to inconvenience me at any cost. If I do return to your dealership to purchase another vehicle or utilize your Service department, I will not want Julio to assist me. I hope that this message is directed to that right person and he receives the Coaching and Training that is needed! Paul Bailey,

Lauren was able to get me in quickly and have a complicated repair done the same day so I was able to avoid renting a car. I live 40 miles from the dealership so having to leave the car overnight presents challenges.

I still have not been notified if the part has come in yet. Got my car back and the battery was completely dead but when my car was dropped off the battery had no problems

I hade the best experience on the repair of my vehicle been having issues for a wile and for been closer to another dealer I was having it crevice at the other having to spend thousands on items no need it having not to good experience but Neil nail it down my vehicle now works as intended having to explain the issues and the diagnosis' explanation with detailed on the paperwork. This was my fourth repair on my sunroof causing water leaks in my vehicle, not including the few times I had to drop off for them to remove mildew and mold. I’m not confident my vehicle will not experience this issue again after several failed attempts. I can’t complain about my advisor Mr. Tony but I will about his manager. After all the issues with my vehicle not once has the manger reached out to me to apologize, ask if there’s anything they can do or offer any help regarding my vehicle. To me this is poor customer service on managements end. Hopefully this fourth repair will be my last.

My experience was amazing! I called my service and advisor in advance to let him know that I had a flat tire. He told me to bring it in and that they will get me in as fast as they can. I got there and Chris was honest that it would be an hour and a half and that he would gladly had the shuttle. Take me to my work. The Shuttle Driver was super nice and got me to work safely and I got a call from my service advisor about an hour and a half later saying that my car is ready and whenever I wanna pick it up, I can! Chris, my service advisor was amazing and friendly, and got me taken care of fast!

I can be coming back and recommend friends and family to Davis Chevrolet any time. Customer service is the best. Sales persons are very nice we always go with Francisco Quiroz he has helped us every time we go and we are very satisfied with him.

I had an appointment. I sat there for 4 hours and was not given an update on my vehicle until I went and asked. I think their communication could be better. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Called and made an appointment. Had vehicle towed in on the morning of the appointment day (Wednesday). No communication about status, so I called at the end of the day. Nope, they hadn't gotten to it. Tomorrow they said. I called Them Thursday. Nope hadn't gotten to it. I called Friday. Nope hadn't gotten to it. Monday, I got a work order to approve and they replaced a control module and said car was ready. On my way to pick it up, they called and said they couldn't get the paperwork until the next day because, whoever does the paperwork had left early. So got the car back 6 days after delivery. For a repair, that took 1 hour. Very disappointing.

It's the service advisor: I was called on 6/17/25 car service for a oil change i missed the call .So i call right back in made appointment for oil change my time 10:am i checked in 8:58 am Mr.Chris checked car in he lifted property . When the car was completed they parted the outside after 20 minutes not being check out. I when to advisor station Mr.Chris was not there 2 yound service avisor paged him. After i asked one the young guys to ask some other advisor to help me out. Before the service bought Davis Care Maintenance car-3 oil changes

Tony, the service representative, was helpful in determining my needs and those items which did not require addressing at this time. He was courteous and returned the vehicle in a timely fashion. This dealership has displayed great customer service and proven a great experience for me and my Chevy Trailblazer.

Had oil change it was quick and ready on time didn't have a wait long

I thought that the dealership was nice. Their tactics weren't as in your face as others that I visited. My salesman was top notch and patient with me, I am not an easy customer. I appreciate the "dealing" that they did with me, and did not force additional "dealer" add-ons. They furthur did work around some snags with me. I would return to this dealer / salesman. I wish to give them 5 stars, but that does not mean that there aren't other things to say. 1) I was not so happy about being given only one set of keys, until the license plates arrived. I don't care why, but those keys were mine to take. I put 35K down, and the balance was approved. While I didn't make a stink I was not impressed. 2) I don't think that this was a dealer issue, but there was great difficulty applying my credit card reward dollars (which was a very large chunk of money that was not applied) To be clear let me say that the GM rewards that I had been saving for 18 years were not used. None of them were allowed. Id like help resolving this. Thats 4800$ + that the rewards program did not pay. Thats a big deal, and pretty much makes that program a lie. I even chatted with the rewards program days in advance to make sure that the rewards would work.

I usually come right before they are about to head out for the day, and though they are exhausted and hot by then, they're ALWAYS really friendly and helpful!

When I arrived I was greeted and helped. I was informed about my vehicle and Dana was very knowledgeable and informative.

I had an appointment and explained I needed to be out fast because I had to be at church at 9. They didn't tell me my vehicle was ready; I just happened to look out because the vehicle behind me was ready. He had a problem with the printer but, this wasn't his fault. He gave me the wrong invoice because my number was with someone else invoice. When he told me the cost, I told him something wasn't right but, of course I would have loved to pay less for my service. I always make an appointment because I get in and out without any problems. I was late for my class at church and had to reschedule. This was the worst experience I had with your service department.

Everyone I've encountered at David tries to be helpful. However, you don't get the fourth star because I don't think that your people are experts on EVs (or even your own EV products). I still feel like a beta tester.

Was great. My truck required major repairs. Unfortunately I think it is a known problem with Chevy. Jose did a great job keeping me updated on my tuck and working with me on the cost. He even gave me his personal cell number to contact him directly with any questions. I had to bring the truck back again because my truck was still having issues. Jose was able to provide a loaner truck for me. Thanks to Jose and the mechanics I will continue to bring my truck for service.

Each time I have use the dealership it has always been great. The knowledge that was provided to me was grest.

I was going on day number 2 of searching and searching for a Chevy Trax in my price range yet not having any luck. I stumbled upon Davis Chevrolet and saw that they had one similar and for a great price. Upon arrival I was informed that unfortunately that certain vehicle was not available BUT with the help of Mark Pearl we found one BETTER and turned out to be the exact one I was originally searching for. Mark and the finance team went above and beyond to get me into a brand new Chevy Trax with all the neat features and took care of me! Most definitely satisfied with my purchase and care! Will be back for future purchases and highly recommend!!

The service rep was ok but not able to furnish me with paperwork for the service performed. He said he would email it to me. I have spoken with him twice and as of still no paperwork. Not very professional in my opinion.

I was greeted by Jose Rosales. He reassured my vehicle would be ready by the next day. Jose provide efficient and timely customer service. Within 24 hours my vehicle was ready for pickup. There is squeaking in the back seat passenger side or the front seat. They checked it and said it was morning but you still can hear it. Hell this is a 2025.

They were able to complete a warranty issue with my car on the same day. I did not have an appointment and my car was basically undrivable at the time.

I was wondering why my oil was not change to the right mileage it still has 37000

everything was great except the prices your labor is too high for the small amount of money we have. There is always something that need to fixed on our vehicle. The different things they recommend is greater than $2500 dollars. I just don't have it.

I did purchase a car ,but because of seen circumstances I had to return the car less than 24 hours never drove it off the lot hadn't even purchased insurance for the car .I put down 1200 have not received my money back yet ..I'm having to have surgery I'm really in need of my on money. I had no work done on my vehicle on Oct. 7, 2025. I came into Davis Chevrolet to see Chris Hitchcock to buy an extended warranty for my 2017 GMC Terrain.

Monier was great to work with. I told him I was on a time crunch and he got me out of there right when I needed to be. He was very responsive.

The service provided by Francisco and Rogelio was excellent. We were informed of all the options on our purchase and we will be returning for another vehicle next year.

I was there for an oil change and the completed time was within my expectations.

At the beginning I was just planning to take my 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer into the service department and then I get an text from Ian in the sales department to see if I was interested in selling it. When I walked in, everyone was so nice. Cyrus took to me to go look at some Chevrolet Trax which I was interested and once I took it for a test drive, he had me sold. Jhan assisted me with the paperwork along with Justin (the sales manager) who both were awesome in helping me get the new vehicle that I felt I deserved. Roger who assisted with the finance was very thorough on everything from payments and etc. Thank you Davis Chevrolet! You have really helped me!

Although we had a misunderstanding at first but once everything was put to perspective with the help of David Johnson, everything went smoothly great. Miki was great Jimenez at finance was great.

Darrell Braun, my sales consultant, did an excellent job explaining the difference between two trucks I was considering buying which help me purchase the one the best fitted my needs. The truck I purchased was detailed nicely. Overall, great car purchasing experience.

When my car was completed , we were not notified by any of the workers. We were notified by another sitting customer. We were sitting for almost an additional 30 minutes to an hour. Please do better and be mindful of others time.

Uneventful, was told transmission needed to be replaced. At 85k miles. Price would have been out of pocket. Took to different shop for substantially better value.

Julio was upfront with all the details regarding what they were doing to fix my Chevy Trax. He was very courteous to offer me rides to and from my residence while waiting for the repairs. He was very apologetic when there was a mixup with my address and fixed the problem.

All good, i did notice spark plug wires were not replace, spark plugs were changed supposedly, i dont know if is not required anymore but know I have to go and check spark plugs were actually changed. Also you need to go back to the checkout cashier system, I picked up my truck at 5:30pm, went to the first advisor I saw, which was with a customer so I was waiting he then told to go the booth and find someone, like he didn't want to attend one more customer, I went to first door in the booth, and before I said anything he said I'm on a phone call go check with someone else, went to the third one. And he checked me out but with an attitude like if that wasnt his job. Everyone is trying to go home and pass the customer to the next, i'm there to PAY and they like tey are making you a favor.

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. My salesman, Miki was awesome and very knowledgeable. He went over and beyond. He offered several vehicles for me to check out. He spent extra showing me how to setup different features in the vehicle. The Finance manager, Rick was knowledgeable too. I will definitely let other people know to visit Davis Chevrolet and ask for Miki. He loves to help people and get them approved for an automobile. Kudos to Miki!

On Friday 10-17 as a new customer, I tried several times to make a reservation for an oil change, and the system would never show any dates & times. I kept getting the message WE WANT YOUR CAR which seemed more important than ‘service’. Your Chat person kept referring me to a link, but every time kept getting the same round & round. Later I got a text “Thank you for letting us know. We’re looking into this and will get back to you.” Nothing, so I don’t know what happened. On Monday 10 -20 I was able to make a reservation for 10-21and did go. I was told that a shuttle is only available ‘one way’ (grump!) so I waited. While waiting I got a text from Ivan ‘…looking to buy my car…’ and will text …offer”. “It’s worth considering!” Later I got a call asking to stop by the office. So, being “…worth considering”, I did stop. One of the tree men ushered me in to sign the register, asked some questions and looked at my car and took a lot of photos, went back to an office where I though he was preparing an offer. After another 5 minutes - NOT! Instead, two other men approached and wanted to look at my car and asked for the key. One man spent another 5 minutes looking inside & outside along with taking more photos. Then drove off to be gone almost 10 minutes. When he got back, he wanted to know if I had an asking price and said he would make some calls. Yeech! I said I have already been here more than 20 minutes and did not want to wait for “some calls” so I asked for my key and said send your quote to my email or test.

I came in with an offer on a c8. Austin and Daniel successfully worked the deal. Im pleased with their straightforward approach.

Waited two hours to get an oil change. I went to a store and turned off my truck. The radiator fan kept running. I called to speak with someone in service. He said the thermostat is going out. I drove to my house and the AC was not working. I called again and it took me more than an hour to finally talked to someone. He said that the thermostat is what is causing it. I’ve never had an issue with it. They could have at least checked it. I took it to a mechanic. All he did is disconnect the battery. It is working. It is frustrating to wait two hours for an oil change. Then wait more than an hour to finally talked to someone. I didn’t have a problem with the fan. It happened after my oil change.

Horrible experience. Gave me an insulting lowball offer on my trade in and then charged me more than the listed online price for the truck I was looking at after I clearly stressed to not waste my time and I was ready to sign the paperwork and take the new truck home. Y’all will never see me there again. I’ll go purchase that $85k truck elsewhere
