My wife and myself travel to MD Anderson Cancer Medical in Hoston, TX. We make this journey (drive) from Las Cruces, NM to Houston, TX often. Fourth time since January this year. Third time in the brand new 2024 Tahoe High Country. We have owned many Chevy vehicles predominantly Suburban's (when all the kids were living at home) and now the last three being Tahoe's. Back in 2015 we were on a trip to MD Anderson, brand new Tahoe. I took the vehicle to Davis the first oil change and acquired lock nut for the nice rims we were not interest in separating from. We were taken care of then (2015) and now this happened... This, 2024, impromptu visit was for warning system indicator which popped up on our way to MD Anderson regarding the leveling system. Because I had been to Davis several years back for service, I was aware of the facilities layout. I walked down the line of service consultants and decided I want to work with Tony Martinez. Needless to say, Tony was best choice I could have made. I explained what the issue with the vehicle is and why we are in Houston. He took care of the rest. The "rest" means Tony stayed on top of the service department from then until the vehicle was ready for us to travel home. The vehicle's rear leveling system broke with parts having to be secured from Dallas, TX. Many "moving" parts ensued. Tony also coordinated a dealership loaner vehicle which allowed us flexibility and mobility. The bottom line is Tony Martinez along with his manager and the technician who serviced/repairing the vehicle took great care of us knowing we were from out of town. I can assure Chevy and Davis I have the Davis Dealership at the top of my list for vehicle service when I'm in Houston, TX. Related leveling system issue. The front left level system airbag blew out shortly after returning to Las Cruces. Wife was driving in town, approximately 25-30 mph, when she heard a loud pop with the front of the vehicle dipping down and then stayed down. She immediately drove home. The warning popped up stating the vehicle is limited to 56 mph. I called Roudolph Chevrolet Dealership in El Paso where we purchased the vehicle. I explained what was going on and to come get it I'm not driving it. I spoke with Oscar (Sr. Service Manager). For your awareness Oscar is very good too. Oscar knew about what happened with the leveling system in Houston because I called to let him know the day I turned the vehicle over to Tony. Tony is also aware of what happened with the leaving system because I called him to let him know after turning the vehicle over to Oscar. Now this leaves me with Chevrolet Corporate. The dealerships are having to make repairs on one of your high-end vehicles that is not very old nor high millage (predominately highway miles at highway speed). So, what the heck is up with this leveling system on this 2024 Tahoe. I am having to handling way more maintenance issues which should have been engineered out or at least not left the assembly facility with latent defects. What is Chevy Corp. going to do about this moving forward.

I called that very same morning that I wanted and had time to get an oil change only to be told that I needed to schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment and tried my luck at getting in that moment. Low and behold the service center worked me in and I received my oil change for HONEY(my Traverse) and she was sooo happy to have some fresh juice(synthetic oil) running through her! Thanks so much!

My sales person Mark Pearl really made this experience comfortable! He was so nice and made me feel at ease although my credit was not so good. The manager JT Sanders, was fighting my case and the Finance person, Asad took his time with me to explain everything. I would definitely recommend to friends, family or anyone looking for a vehicle.

Vehicle: 2023 Chevy Silverado four door P/U truck. Service: oil change, tires rotated, throttle body service and replacement of the cabin filter. I remained at the dealership while the services were provided. The waiting area was nice, clean and comfortable. All interactions with employees were positive. It did take long for the work on my truck to be completed.
