I am a repeat customer. Davis Chevrolet has proven to me that they are the best dealership in Houston. I came in with high expectations. I was not disappointed. First, and most important to me, the pricing on the vehicle was fair. There was no insane mark-ups like at other dealerships. Second, they gave me a fair price on my trade-in. I did research into what my trade-in was worth based on type, condition, and mileage and it was well within the range of what I was asking. There was no need to haggle. Financing was easy and fast. Third, the salesman, Mark Pearl was awesome. He was knowledgable on the vehicles that I was interested in. I knew I wanted a truck, but he helped me choose one that I was absolutely thrilled about. I thought it was really cool that he remembered my family and asked how they were doing. Finally, the professionalism and attitude of everyone at the dealership is really impressive. Everyone is pleasant. You get the sense that they really care about your business and they want to earn it. The lady at the front desk has great snacks. The parts department was thorough in explaining upgrade options. The service department was fast and did great work installing some parts I added to my vehicle. The dealership manager even came out to shake my hand and thank me for coming back. Thank you all for helping me with my purchase and I hope to see you all again when it is time to look for another vehicle.

After waiting on my oil change I was told by the service advisor that I needed 4 new tires. Meanwhile he took a 2nd look @ my tires after I told him they were new (2 yrs old) then he started maybe I need only 1.
